Five Smoothie Recipes without Yogurt by Angela Roberts

It’s  that time of year where we put away the eggnog and reach for the Vitamix or Nutribullet.

These are all dairy free, vegan and I shouldn’t have to say this, naturally gluten free and Paleo. In other words, they fit into almost everyone’s diet plan.

Smoothies are one of the easiest ways to get back on track.  These are all dairy free, vegan, and it’s suggested that you use organic fruits and vegetables if possible, especially the berries and apples.

I know you love smoothies because these five smoothies have been viewed at Spinach Tiger over 178,000 times. Some have extraordinary traffic because there is not a lot of competition, but the ones with fewer views are just as good.

    Thank you
I agree that preparing a smoothie that flushes out toxins and promotes energy is actually easy. Smoothies can be made from a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, juices and dairy products that contain exactly the ingredients you need to not only boost your metabolism but are also packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and nutrients needed for good health.

We’ve been smoothie drinkers here for years. I appreciate all the nutrients in a condensed food. I subscribed to your YouTube channel. We don’t eat meat, but I can check out your veggie stuff, and I’m fairly adept at converting recipes. ๐Ÿ™‚

I really need to get back to my smoothie lunches. But the thought of drinking something icy mid-winter is keeping me away. I saw recipes for hot drinks – but didn’t seem to be very nutritious.

    Hope you feel better soon!
