These easy Greek recipes have minimal ingredients and maximum taste.

All of these are made with an olive oil, lemon, honey marinade with oregano and fresh dill. The thighs and spatchcock chicken can be made on the grill or in the oven.

Feta Cheese
Feta cheese perks up so many dishes, and is often found in Greek food. It’s tangy, creamy and salty. In my opinion the best feta is 100% sheep’s milk imported from Greece. I don’t recommend buying pre-crumbed cheese, which often has other ingredients and no flavor.
Feta cheese is great crumbled on roasted vegetables, or even fruit like watermelon.
Kalamata Olives
Kalamata olives are rich in anti-oxidants and are considered to be anti-inflammatory.They can be added to salads, roasted veggies, roasted chicken dinners. Named after Kalamata in the southern Peloponnese, Greece, they bring a Greek profile to many dishes, especially salads, roasted vegetables.
Olive Oil and Honey
The combination of olive oil and honey go a long way. Try drizzling both on bread, cheese, and use both in salad dressings.
