Most keto desserts contain almond flour which is hard on folks who can’t eat nuts. Here are a few of my keto desserts that do not contain nuts and are absolutely delicious.
Keto Blueberry Lavender Ice Cream – This is my take on the famous Jenni’s Wildberry Lavender, one of my all time favorites, sugar free.
Keto Chocolate Pudding made with eggs, milk, heavy cream and dark chocolate. Sugar free, chocolatey and kids love this too.
Chocolate Bundt Cake (Coconut Flour) This cake was one of the first keto cakes I ever made. It’s great for those who need nut-free and it’s also a bit more affordable than a cake made with almond flour.
Keto Grain Free Coconut Cupcakes – This coconut flour only recipe with coconut milk is delicious and one of my favorite.
Keto Pots d’ Creme – This lovely keto chocolate dessert sounds so fancy, but it’s so easy to make.
Keto Chocolate Mousse – Light and Classic, this can be considered either French or Italian.
Meyer Lemon Curd – Not only so pretty, but so yummy too.
Crustless Cheesecake in a Jar – No Nut Keto dessert. Cheesecake with no crust. So good, especially with fruit toppings.
