Carnivore Pancakes (Keto friendly, GF)

I have several keto breakfasts here, which includes pancakes, dutch babies and waffles. They include almond flour. This is an almost zero carb pancake recipe that is nut free, using mostly heavy cream powder and eggs.

The result is a carnivore pancake recipe that is very keto friendly and gluten free and is delightfully fluffy and tastes just like traditional pancakes.
Sometimes amongst all the eggs, beef and chicken, we get cravings for bread, for pancakes, etc. Using a little ingenuity, we have found some ways to address these cravings without caving.

A few weeks ago I posted a carnivore waffle recipe that I ate every day for 2 weeks. I didn’t lose any weight but I DID LOSE FAT pounds. And, that’s what matters!
A week later, I moved onto eating pancakes and carnivore buns. Now, I’m back to just eggs (for a while) but I know I have a few of these comfort food type breakfast recipes when I need them.

I accidentally created this recipe from the carnivore burger bun recipe that I posted here, with the addition of sweetener, nutmeg and vanilla. I was really surprised that I could bake these pancakes or fry them.

This is one of the best ideas for a carnivore breakfast if you’re a little tired of steak and eggs and you’re loose enough in your diet to allow for a sweetener like erythritol or allulose.
These really do taste like traditional pancakes and will satisfy that sweet breakfast craving.
To get these the same size, you will need a whoopie pie pan, but it’s a great investment, because this recipe enjoys many variations, sweet and savory. It’s a great pan that makes whoopie pies, pancakes, and muffin tops. If you still want to make them, you can just do your best to make 12 rounds and flatten them out. They will still taste good.
