Carnivore Keto Friendly Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 cup sweetener (erythritol, monk fruit etc.)

Instructions

  • Use a non-stick frying pan, using butter and low heat.
  • If using pan, be sure to butter pan first, or they will stick.
  • Mix all dry ingredients together in bowl. Add slowly to egg mixture once eggs are beaten well.
  • Beat eggs until frothy. I use a kitchen aid mixer, but you can use a hand mixer.
  • Heat butter in frying pan or griddle on low. Once melted, place batter in pan to the size you desire.
  • Cook each pancakes on low. Turn at about 3 minutes.
  • Make 12 pancakes.

Notes

Some recipes call for powdered milk (a lot cheaper) but in that case you will have carbs.
