heavy cream powder

baking powder

nutmeg

vanilla

sweetener (erythritol, monk fruit etc.)
Instructions
Use a non-stick frying pan, using butter and low heat.
If using pan, be sure to butter pan first, or they will stick.
Mix all dry ingredients together in bowl. Add slowly to egg mixture once eggs are beaten well.
Beat eggs until frothy. I use a kitchen aid mixer, but you can use a hand mixer.
Heat butter in frying pan or griddle on low. Once melted, place batter in pan to the size you desire.
Cook each pancakes on low. Turn at about 3 minutes.
Make 12 pancakes.
Notes
Some recipes call for powdered milk (a lot cheaper) but in that case you will have carbs.
