Two Ingredient Carnivore Waffles and a New Body Pod

Lately, I’ve been eating these two-ingredient carnivore waffles every day. The texture is surprisingly good, especially the crispiness.

Every year I go on a carnivore or ketovore diet when my clothes feel a little snug. Within two weeks, everything fits again and within a month, tight clothes are loose. But the additional benefits include better gym workouts, better energy, and no bloating.
The Run Star Body Pod
I asked for a body pod for Christmas and received the Run Star Body Pod. The Run Star Body pod is a smart body composition analyzer using multi-frequency bioelectrical impedance sensors, offering about 28 metrics, including weight, fat mass (fat pounds), fat percentage, lean mass, water, salt, bone weight, visceral fat, subcutaneous fat and metabolic age.
It is not 100 % accurate, but over time can show trends. For me, seeing almost no scale change, which could be very discouraging, but seeing actual fat loss helps me to stay encouraged in what I’m doing.
My husband is doing it also and tracking together is also motivating. We have been doing this for three weeks. He’s lost 8 pounds on scale, and 4.5 fat pounds. I’ve dropped 5 full pounds of body fat and only 1.2 pounds in weight. At the end of the 90 days, I’ll give a full report of my metrics, and post a real review of the Run Star.
Carb Free Waffles – Sweet or Savory
You can make these sweet or savory and still be on a low carb, keto or carnivore diet plan. While I prefer these on the sweet side, by adding a swerve sweetened cinnamon butter. But I have made these savory with pepperoni, so feel free to play around with these to your liking.

- Optional Topping: Butter, Swerve Confectioner’s (or sweetener of choice), Cinnamon
What’s the Difference Between Keto and Carnivore Waffle?
A carnivore waffle is naturally keto, but a keto waffle may not be as it usually has almond flour like this one. Both are gluten free.

Two Ingredient Carnivore Waffles
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup mozzarella
Cinnamon Butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons Swerve Confectioner's or sweetener of choice.
Instructions
- Heat up a belgian waffle maker on highest setting. Spray with cooking spray or melt butter and brush on.
- Beat eggs well.
- Add a very small amount of shredded mozzarella. Pour eggs in. Add more mozzarella. You don't need a lot of cheese for this to work.
- Cook according to instructions of waffle maker.
Cinnamon Butter Topping
- Melt butter, sweetener and cinnamon in small pan. Taste for sweetness, as it will depend on what sweetener you use.
- Pour over waffle immediately.
