Roll sausage out between parchment on bottom and plastic wrap on top. Place the parchment on making sheet. (remove plastic). Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees F.
Shave Brussels and sauce in olive oil.
Drain any grease off sausage crust. Add sautéed brussels.
Top with Mozzarella and Pecorino Cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, about ten minutes.

This is a week in America that we could greatly complain about the impact on our freedoms. We are not those super holy people that ban Netflix or never drink a glass of wine. We are not in church twice on Sunday and again on Wednesday. We are simple, flawed human beings who proclaim Jesus as Lord of our life, and realize we have a God to go to when we don’t know what to do or who to trust when the world feels out of control and justice seems fleeting. If c. ovid would not have happened, I never would have started this prayer call 🙏🏻and heard the things I’ve heard from the Holy Spirit or dreamed the dreams I’ve dreamed. Yes, I could list 20 terrible things directly related to the v ir us, but I refuse to fall into that sink hole. I know it has taken health, taken life, taken freedoms, taken celebrations, taken jobs, but we must look behind it and rise above it to find our hope.

Prayer 🙏🏻is the single most important action in a Christian’s life because it’s supernatural. Once you get that, you want more of it. Prayer reverses darkness😇. I urge you to prayer with a person daily if you can. Form a prayer call using a conference call line. The Holy Spirit will put together those who should pray with you. Prayer will bring discernment and protect you from being a sheep led to slaughter or the sinkhole of depression. Don’t shy away.That’s a scheme of the enemy because prayer is the most powerful weapon we have.
I pray for you to understand this, to be drawn to God, to reap the benefits of the supernatural experience of prayer and the peace it brings. Read Ephesians 6. We do not battle flesh and blood but powers and principalities and our weapon is prayer. Xoxo

RECIPE

Ingredients
* 1 pint brussels sprouts cleaned sliced thinly
* 1 apple sliced into apple sticks
* 1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
* 2 tablespoons golden raisins
* 1 cup chopped kale
* 1/2 teaspoon sea salt OR to taste
* 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
* 2 tablespoons shaved pecorino romano cheese
*
Apple Cider Vinaigrette
* 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
* 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar more as needed
* 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
* Salt,Pepper

Instructions
* Wash and trim brussels sprouts.
* Cut thin strips cross wise.
* Cut apples into strips. Gala is a good choice, doesn't brown.
* Toss brussels sprouts and apples with vinaigrette.
* Take the thick rib out of the kale, if using Lacanato (my choice). Chop into bite sized pieces.
* Toast almonds in oven for four minutes.
* Mix shaved brussels sprouts, apples, raisins, kale, and almonds.
* Toss with just enough vinaigrette
* Add shaved Pecorino Romano Cheese
* Season with salt and pepper

New to the blog: Grilled reverse sear lollipop Lamb Chops with mint pistou. Pistou is not pesto (no nuts), and super easy. When you get a rack of lamb, be sure to cut off the fat. The meat itself is fatty enough and will be tender, especially if you reverse sear, which is a game changer.
