All keto muffins are made from a base of almond flour, coconut flour, organic olive oil, pastured eggs and erythritol. Macros and ingredients are found here. Read more about why we use the Swerve brand. Some flavors are subject to change along with the seasons.
Why Carry Keto Muffins? There is a robust market for low carb, gluten free, sugar free, diabetic friendly sweets. It’s hard to find products that are both gluten free and sugar free.
Muffins are baked in tart shaped liners, 4 inches in diameter, approx, 85 g. 3 oz.

We recommend you carry at least one dairy free item, based on requests.

All Muffins are:
- Sugar Free (we use Swerve, a powdered erythritol, as the sweetener)
- Gluten Free
- Grain Free
- Low Carb, Keto Friendly with some Dairy Free options
- Shelf Life: Up to Seven Days packaged. Do not need refrigeration.
Allergens – Nuts, Eggs, (some include dairy).
Muffins can be delivered packaged, placed in plastic and wrapped with ribbon that coordinates with flavor. Labels can be placed on front or on bottom of cake.
Muffins are ordered one flavor per dozen. The wholesale price is $36 per dozen. They are typically sold at coffee shops and farmer’s markets for $6 each.
In compliance with Tennessee Cottage Laws, labels will include all ingredients, home address, date made, weight, allergens.
We can deliver twice a week, and can set up schedule as needed.
Packaged muffins are fresh for up to seven days. In our experience, muffins sell within 3 days of delivery.
We can provide samples in advance.
Gluten free, celiac, diabetic, on the keto or paleo diet or those abstaining from sugar make up a large portion of our customer base.
