Keto Pumpkin Dutch Baby

Ingredients

Cream Cheese Glaze

  • 2 ounces cream cheese room temperature, softened
  • 1/4 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar more as needed
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degres F.
  • Mix all dry ingredients together, making sure baking powder is thoroughly mixed.
  • Add eggs, sour cream and pumpkin puree.
  • Once incorporated, add extracts.
  • Melt butter in cast iron skillet in oven until butter is bubbly.
  • Pour mixture into pan and shut oven.
  • Bake 13 to 17 minutes until the center is springy.
  • Serve with Cream Cheese Glaze or Whipped Cream

Cream Cheese Glaze

  • In a small food processor or by hand beat cream cheese till smooth.
  • Add remaining ingredients. This only makes enough for a drizzle glaze.
