eggs

almond flour

tablespoons
avocado oil
melted
1/3
cup
coconut milk
1
teaspoon
baking powder
dash
salt
1/3

Swerve or your choice erythritol
optional

teaspoon
vanilla
baking spray for waffle maker
Instructions
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Mix coconut milk with egg oil and vanilla. Leave sweetener out if making savory.
Spray waffle maker with baking spray.
Pour a scant 1/2 cup waffle batter and cook accordingly. It takes about 5-6 minutes a waffle.
Freeze: You can freeze the waffles in a plastic ziplock and bake in 400 degree oven to re-bake for a few minutes. They will crisp back up.
Waffles will be a little soft.so them in the air fryer for five minutes or crisp in the oven at 425 F.

Notes
Collagen Powder: If you add a scoop of collagen powder, add one more egg 1/2 cup coconut milk instead of 1/3.
