  • Mix all dry ingredients together except the Swerve. Set aside.
  • Mix Swerve and avocado oil.
  • Add eggs one at a time, until thoroughly incorporated.
  • Add vanilla. Add sour cream.
  • Add dry ingredients. Mix.
