Rosemary Roasted Walnuts the Easy Party Starter

  • 1 pound of raw walnuts
  • 2-3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt Order Here
  • 1 tablespoon Swerve Brown Sugar Order Here
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • Extra rosemary for garnish


  • Mix olive oil and salt with walnuts.
  • Add brown sugar if using.
  • Bake for 5 to 6 minutes at 400 degrees F.
  • Toss with chopped rosemary when you take out of the oven
  • Serve warm if you can.
  • Garnish with rosemary sprigs.
