  • 1 bottle champagne
  • frozen fruit choose pomegranates, raspberries, strawberries
  • 1 pint sorbet choose raspberry, pomegranate, strawberry


  • Put a teaspoon full of frozen fruit in bottom of cocktail glass
  • Top with scoop of sorbet
  • Pour Champagne over sorbet
