Paleo Sesame Chicken Tenders with Honey
A twist on chicken tenders, sesame crusted, honey drizzled, served on a stick.
- 1 pound boneless chicken tenders
- 1-2 eggs
- 1 cup sesame seeds
- coconut oil - enough to cover pan up to 1/4 inch
Take chicken out 30 minutes before frying
Pat dry, salt pepper.
Dip in egg, dredge in sesame seeds.
Heat pan and add coconut oil.
Once coconut oil is hot (sizzling at drop of water), put chicken in pan.
Fry on each side until golden brown.
Put on stick if you prefer and drizzle with honey while still hot.
