  • 1 cara cara orange peeled
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup water may need more
  • 1 cup ice


  • Start with 1/2 cup water. Put in first. You may need to add more.
  • Put ingredients into Vitamix or super blender.
  • Makes two servings


You can add in some frozen or fresh spinach to boost the nutrient density.
