- 2 tablespoons Irish butter
- 2 cups stuffing recipe here
- 4 ounces cooked chicken or turkey chopping
- 2 cups arugula or similar greens
- Cranberry Sauce recipe here
- 2 -4 Oven fried eggs
Melt butter in frying pan.
Add in stuffing, meat of choice, arugula
Fry until crispy.
Serve with oven fried eggs and cranberry sauce.
