  • 2/3 cup mozzarella
  • 9 slices pepperoni

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Arrange mozzarella in flat mounds on parchment paper. Add Pepperoni.
  • Bake for 5-8 minutes until edges are browned. You may think it's not done, but cheese will solidify within a few minutes. You should be able to pick it up without it dropping.
