Brownie Cake
Prepare sheet pan with parchment paper and spray.
Mix sweetener and oil together.
Add eggs, one at a time.
In separate bowl, mix together remaining dry ingredients. Set Aside.
Add coconut milk.
Add remaining dry ingredients.
Add chocolate chips and walnuts.
Pour batter into quarter sheet pan.
Warm up chocolate ganache if necessary and swirl into the batter.
Bake at 350 degrees F (180 C) for 16 minutes. Middle should not jiggle. Don't overbake.
