Orange Cinnamon Dutch Baby
Orange Cinnamon Topping
- 1/4 teaspoon orange extract or some orange zest
- 2 Tablespoons Swerve Confectioner's
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 425 degres F.
Mix all dry ingredients together, making sure baking powder is thoroughly mixed. If using orange zest, add now.
Add eggs and sour cream and extracts.
Once incorporated, add vanilla.
Melt butter in cast iron skillet in oven until butter is bubbly.
Pour mixture into pan and shut oven.
Bake 13 to 17 minutes until the center is springy.
While baking, gather ingredients together for butter topping. Heat in small saucepan. Pour over dutch baby.
