Ingredients

Orange Cinnamon Dutch Baby

Orange Cinnamon Topping

  • 1/4 teaspoon orange extract or some orange zest
  • 2 Tablespoons Swerve Confectioner's
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degres F.
  • Mix all dry ingredients together, making sure baking powder is thoroughly mixed. If using orange zest, add now.
  • Add eggs and sour cream and extracts.
  • Once incorporated, add vanilla.
  • Melt butter in cast iron skillet in oven until butter is bubbly.
  • Pour mixture into pan and shut oven.
  • Bake 13 to 17 minutes until the center is springy.
  • While baking, gather ingredients together for butter topping. Heat in small saucepan. Pour over dutch baby.

If you have medium to large eggs, use 4 eggs.
