Prepare baking dish with parchment paper.Preheat oven to 350 degrees (bake mode).
Beat eggs until frothy. I use a kitchen aid mixer, but you can use a hand mixer.
Mix all dry ingredients together in bowl. Add slowly to egg mixture once eggs are beaten well.
Use a scoop to make 6 scoops of batter at least 2 inches apart. My ran together, but it wasn't a problem. You can sprinkle flaked salt, sesame or poppy seeds at this time.
Bake for 10-12 minutes. I baked at 11 minute. If you are using a convection mode, check at 9 minutes.
Allow to cool. You will be able to slice across to use as buns, using a serrated bread knife.
Notes
Some recipes call for powdered milk (a lot cheaper) but in that case you will have carbs.
