- 4 slices bacon thin to medium slice
Cut four slices in half.
Arrange in cross hatch pattern.
Bake on parchment or silpat on baking sheet at 400 degrees.

Freeze in advance: You can make cross hatch bacon, freeze on tray. Once frozen, stack between parchment. When ready to bake, allow to defrost for about ten minutes prior to baking. You may take longer than the twenty minutes.
