Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder together.
Mix in herbs (remove from thyme stems).
Cut in butter using pastry cutter or your hands.
Add in blueberries, gently.
Put a pinch of baking soda in buttermilk.
Add buttermilk to mixture.
Mix until well incorporated.
Pat down and cut with biscuit cutter.
Put in baking sheet, touching or use a cast iron pan as I did.
Bake at 450 degrees for 14 minutes, a little longer if biscuits are extra large.
Serve with butter and honey.
