Your momma! I love her! My mom was a bearcat when it came to us kids, but typically she was shy and reserved. Once she came out of her shell for us, though, you’d better beware. She’d give you the stink eye from across the street and you knew it was for you! Love the story and am so enamored by the smore tortilla. I am going to try it!

Mothers have a way of grounding us — my mamma was a wonder. I always thought her very old-fashioned but by golly she knew more about the world and the people in it than I could ever imagine. First of all, loved the story! We need more people with courage and single-mindedness like that in this world. My mother is a lot like this, and I hope to be more like her!
