					<description><![CDATA[I haven&#039;t prepared the recipe yet but I know I will like the dish. Found it while looking for pork chops and lima beans in tomato sauce. Whether I use green beans or home-cooked lima  beans, I will add them towards end of cooking. Thank you.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[we ate this all my life,  mom would make it thought it was a concotion she made up as she was Italian and dad was Irish hence the chops and always added big quarters of potatoes in end of cooking just enough time to cook thru,  she also added enough water to make thinner so potatoes would be covered....served with a nice Italian loaf of bread for sopping up all juices.  I always like it with Romano flat garden green beans the best.]]></description>

After sautéing veggies and browning meet in an oven proof pot, I put it in the oven with lid on,mat 350 for an hour, then I&#039;ll lower it to 300 for the remainder of time. I will sere it with pasta and a nice salad.  I&#039;ll let you know how it goes over.  My grandmother made this often when we were kids.]]></description>
