The recipe says low carb, not keto, so apples would be allowed.

Because I used apples, I refer to this as low-carb, but you can also pull back on the apple. I used medium sized apples. I did add the sweetener back in. That was an oversight. Thanks for letting me know.

Sweetener is not listed in ingredients for apple mixture. Just add until sweet? Any estimate how big your apples are?
