In reply to JoAnn. Joann, it's hard for me to know what you did wrong. The eggs are beaten until fluffy. Oil streamed in. Add lemon juice, swerve, rest of dry ingredients. It's not really possible for the eggs to separate from all of those ingredients? I suggest you look at the directions again and get back to me on what you did. I have made the bundt cake many many times for my bakery and I've made this batter at least 1,000 times. The eggs aren't able to separate from the ingredients, so I'm stumped.

I made the lemon poppyseed cake but the eggs were in chunks inside the cake. What did I do wrong?
