I tried this recipe for the first time today. Depending upon how wet/runny the starter is really requires a tight grip on not adding a full 1/2 C. milk. Grandma taught me "never overwork" the biscuit dough! Being slightly too wet, I patted out the dough in a 9 X 9 pan rather than add more flour & risk overworking it to cut out 10 biscuits. It turned out fantastic!! Saved having to roll out, then cut out and place each one. The result was super-crummy-fall-apart, light biscuits that melt in the mouth. YUP! More butter please.

I love the recipe....and I'd love to make it...but I can't find your sourdough starter recipe. Could you please add a link to it, or if I have overlooked that recipe somewhere on your website, would you please direct me to that area? I was looking for a good biscuit recipe and YOURS is at the top of my list! Dying to try this and looking forward to giving you my feedback and rating the recipe!
Thank you :)
