  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, 180 C.
  • Mix all dry ingredients together.
  • Beat eggs for 3 minutes
  • Stream in melted butter.
  • Add vanilla. Add sour cream.
  • Add dry ingredients just until mixed.
  • Pour into prepared pan. I used a 12 inch cast iron pan. You can use a 9 inch cake pan.
  • Push blackberries in the batter.
  • Bake for approximately 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
