Keto Cheddar Bay Biscuits
Grain Free Keto Biscuits with Cheddar Cheese and Spices
Servings: 12 biscuits
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F.
Prepare baking sheet with silpat or parchment paper.
Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl.
Cut in butter, mixing in with hands.
Whip egg whites. Fold into mixture.
Use an ice cream scoop to scoop 12 biscuits onto baking sheet.
Bake at 425 degrees F. for ten minutes or until golden brown.
Replace Old Bay Season with following:
1 teaspoon garlic powder (not salt)
1/4 teaspoon celery salt (can be optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt
Melt butter and pour over biscuits when they come out of the oven. If biscuits don't have enough salt, you can add after they come out of oven. You don't want to over salt the biscuit dough.
