  • 1 1/3 pound ground dark meat turkey
  • 4 dried plums finely chopped you can substitute with figs
  • 1 big handful of baby spinach chopped finely
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce


  • Mix ingredients together. Place burgers on high heat grill and turn to medium high. Cook 5 minutes on each side.
