- Ingredients for Smoothie Number 1
- 1 cup kale
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup honey dew melon
- 1 green apple
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds optional
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup ice cubes
Ingredients for Smoothie Number 2
- 1 cup kale
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 frozen pear slice before freezing
- 1 cup chopped mango
- 1/2 orange no seeds
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds optional
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup ice
Mix with together in Vitamix until smooth. You have options to add in flax seeds, the Vitamix protein powder (which is tasteless), avocado, banana, raw oats, nuts, etc.
