Ingredients

  • 2 naval oranges with skin removed
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 apple
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup coconut water or water
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in Vitamix until the consistency is that of a smoothie. All fruit will crushed, and there should be no pulp. Add more water or ice as needed.
  • Serves 2
