AllWhites® egg whites

banana
small, cut into pieces (frozen is best)
1/4
cup
skim milk
1
Tbsp.
dried carob powder*
2
Tbsp.reduced fat peanut butter
Instructions
Mix on medium speed and serve immediately.
Notes
Freeze the banana in advance. Peel first. This will make a creamier, colder smoothie.
