Cauliflower Parmesan and the Benefits of Cauliflower
Healthy take on cauliflower parmesan. Mozzarella Cheese, Fresh Tomatoes and Roasted Cauliflower.

- 1 head caulflower
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Slice cauliflower into 1 inch steaks. Remove all core and stem.
Brush with olive oil.
Roast at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes.
Top with tomatoes. mozzarella cheese.
Roast for 10 more minutes.
Garnish with parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
Season with salt and Pepper.
Serve.
