Cauliflower Parmesan and the Benefits of Cauliflower

Healthy take on cauliflower parmesan. Mozzarella Cheese, Fresh Tomatoes and Roasted Cauliflower.

Ingredients

  • 1 head caulflower
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Slice cauliflower into 1 inch steaks. Remove all core and stem.
  • Brush with olive oil.
  • Roast at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes.
  • Top with tomatoes. mozzarella cheese.
  • Roast for 10 more minutes.
  • Garnish with parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
  • Season with salt and Pepper.
  • Serve.
