Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk iced cold I use cashew milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 tablespoon Vahlrona unsweetened cocoa Order Here
  • 1 tablespoon granulated powdered erythritol Order Here
  • 1/4 avocado
  • Collagen Peptides Optional Order Here
  • 1/4 cup cold brew coffee or shot espresso optional
  • whipped cream garnish optional

Instructions

  • Mix in blender.
  • Top with whipped cream if desired.
