Garlicky Spinach with Walnuts

  • large bunch spinach
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup golden raisins optional
  • sea salt
  • black pepper


  • Heat oil in pan.
  • Add garlic, and walnuts.
  • As soon as garlic is light golden, add in spinach, tossing in pan until wilted.
  • Season with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.
  • Serve Immediately.
