Garlicky Spinach with Walnuts
Sautè of Spinach with garlic and walnuts.
- large bunch spinach
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup golden raisins optional
- sea salt
- black pepper
Heat oil in pan.
Add garlic, and walnuts.
As soon as garlic is light golden, add in spinach, tossing in pan until wilted.
Season with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.
