Baked Eggs
Bake eggs in oven with heavy cream

- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- pinch freshly ground nutmeg
- dash white pepper
- dash sea salt
Butter ramekin, which can fit one or two eggs. I used a shallow one that fit two eggs.
Top with heavy cream so that all the white is completely covered.
Bake for 15 -20 minutes, checking in at 10 minutes.
You want the whites completely cooked and the yolk still soft. Eat immediately.
