Baked Eggs

Bake eggs in oven with heavy cream

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • pinch freshly ground nutmeg
  • dash white pepper
  • dash sea salt

Instructions

  • Butter ramekin, which can fit one or two eggs. I used a shallow one that fit two eggs.
  • Top with heavy cream so that all the white is completely covered.
  • Bake for 15 -20 minutes, checking in at 10 minutes.
  • You want the whites completely cooked and the yolk still soft. Eat immediately.
