Mini Root Beer Floats with an Adult Root Beer Float Option

Root Beer floats with a chocolate sprinkled rimmed glass make for a lot of fun at a party for any age.

Ingredients

  • white candy melts
  • sprinkles
  • 24 small plastic cups
  • six pack of root beer
  • vanilla ice cream
  • whipped cream
  • bourbon optional

Instructions

  • Melt white chocolate candy melts in microwave, following directions in a small bowl that will fit the cup you are dipping.
  • Dip in edge and dip into the sprinkles. These can be made days in advance.
  • Put one small scoop in glass.
  • Pour in root beer.
  • Add whipped cream and a straw (cut in half)
  • Add in 1 to2 teaspoons bourbon for an alcoholic option.
