Super Bowl Approved Fried Cauliflower, Paleo, Gluten Free
Deep fried cauliflower that is grain free, gluten free and Paleo friendly, topped with some parmesan cheese, a side dish or perfect party food.

- 1 head cauliflower cut into small pieces
- 3 egg whites
- olive oil or coconut oil
- sea salt
- pepper
- chili flakes
- freshly shaved parmesan cheese
- drizzle of balsamic reduction optional

- 1 cup of balsamic vinegar
Heat heavy frying pan or dutch oven to medium with enough olive oil in pan to cover bottom.
Add salt and pepper to beaten egg whites.
Dip cauliflower in egg mixture.
Fry, turning once to brown on all sides. Fry in batches, not to crowd pan.
Drain with paper towels.
Serve with shaved parmesan and a drizzle of balsamic reduction or a very good syrupy balsamic vinegar.
