I cooked some white asparagus and when I was eating it I thought to myself, “This tastes like pasta…” I was so happy because I am gluten intolerance but at the same time didnt want to buy rice or other gluten free pasta because of the high carb content.

I will try your recipe..BTW, any idea for a vegetable for making lasange (dont like eggplant)
