					<description><![CDATA[Am going to try but in the most technical way, rice, potatoes pasta and bread all are gluten oriented. Flour is direct and the others have a structure, I am advised, that makes the body perceive them as if they had flour gluten in them. It has taken me a long time to understand these things so wanted to share.]]></description>
