Cannot wait to try this recipe! In the instructions, I was wondering when to add the "cooked Einkorn berries", and you don't say when to add the herbs (bay leaves, thyme; but I see parsley is just before serving). Also, the San Marzano tomatoes are not listed in ingredients, so I was wondering what size can should I use?

Thanks so much! I look forward to following you!
