In reply to Molly. I hope you go to the doctor and get retested for your thyroid. A 7 + needs attention and supplements may not do that.

My thyroid was at a 7 + and my neurological chiropractor put me on 2 Thyroxal K12 and 2 Thyro-CNV K9 morning and night (they are by Apex Energetics). I am not taking any medication, just these vitamin/herb/mineral supplements, one of them also has bovine thyroid. When I don’t take them I can tell a difference in how quickly I get angry, it’s incredible! I’m hoping to be able to lower my dose sometime but I’m not sure how long that will take.

Angela, thanks so much for sharing. I’ve been struggling for several months with symptoms of things that didn’t seem connected….until I saw your post on FB….& it spurred me to call my Dr to be tested (doing so this coming Mon). I have been so discouraged…trying not to dwell on how bad I’ve been feeling…the weight gain that just suddenly started happening…the bloating, thinking maybe IBS but yet didn’t exactly ” fit the mold” with that, acid reflux started few months ago….increasingly being tired when just 9 mos ago had an abundance of energy….just not feeling myself. Reading this article….it all has started to click….especially since my mother & grandmother both had thyroid issues…my mom having a goiter that was removed along with 1/2 her thyroid back in her late 50’s….just knowing that maybe I’m not crazy….& maybe there is something going on…has lifted a huge weight off me…thank you….I’m now looking forward to being tested & getting to the bottom of my issues….I will keep you posted
