Just found this recipe, which sounded so cool, but was concerned about cooking in the plastic wrap so went to the Glad website and their FAQ says to maintain a 1&quot; airspace between their plastic wraps and food when microwaving, so don&#039;t think it is possible to safely make this recipe without adding toxins from the plastic to the food.]]></description>
