This recipe sounds great! One question. I make my own gluten free flour, tapioca flour, almond flour and xanthan gum. Can this be used in place of the all-purpose flour?

Love your Southern Fried Chicken. I had to go easy on the hotter spices because of my husband but we sure loved it! I’ve been looking for a really good recipe for fried chicken. Thanks so so much!
