I still haven’t been to Silo but it’s on my to-visit-soon list. As a huge spicy food fan, I have to say that the hot chicken looks great. And I can tell from the picture that the mac + cheese isn’t my type of mac + cheese either – i love creamy, rich, and crunchy-topped mac + cheese instead!
