In the ingredients you state 1 tablespoon of Tabasco but in the instructions, it says 1 teaspoon. Which is correct?
Also in Instructions, step 4, heat oil and without crowding, what? Eggplant???? Thanks for the clarifications. I would like to try this recipe.

5.Saute tomatoes mixed with Tabasco sauce, about one teaspoon or a few shakes. I assume you mean the eggplant?

This sounds great.
I make one using a mix of veggies. no hot sauce, but I like the idea of the hot sauce.
