Being from the South myself, I’ve eaten quite a bit of pimento cheese in my time, but I’ve never tried it in cornbread. What a fantastic recipe!

I knew you either had to be from the South or you currently live in the South to be making Pimento Cheese or Cornbread but especially putting these two together. I love this combination and I love that you live in Nashville. My husband is from TN and most of his family still live there. We visit often and enjoy all the amazing food TN has to offer.
I am from Alabama but currently live in Arkansas.
