This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of P.F. Chang’s Home Menu for IZEA. All opinions are 100% mine.
When I was asked to partner with P.F. Chang’s at Home Dinners, I picked a few entrees and immediately began playing around and coming up with my own individual way to bring excitement to Wok Wednesday.
They offer bold, exciting flavors such as Sesame Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, Beef and Broccoli and Shrimp Lo Mein. This is a perfect way to eat in the middle of the week, #WokWednesday
I purchased spring rolls for an appetizer and fried rice as an extra for kung pao chicken. On another night, we chose the shrimp lo mein (my personal favorite). I added some sriracha because I love hot food, but we balanced that out with mandarin martinis.
One of the ways we like to make a Chinese dinner special is to make mandarin martinis. This has become a tradition for many years, and since there is no prep work, the only thing to make #WokWednesday super special is to get out the Mandarin vodka and a few nice glasses. You can get that recipe here.
Perfect for a quick, middle of the week reconnect for any couple, all you need to do is set your table, stir your cocktail, get out the chopsticks, and put the food in a pan. Our entrees cooked in about ten minutes, and the rice is easily microwaved. The other plus is these entrees for two are low in calories, coming in at under 400 calories per serving.
Now we can all experience Asian dining right in our home without running for take out on #WokWednesday.
The entrees offer quality cuts of beef, white meat chicken breast and succulent seafood, fresh colorful vegetables, signature sauces, using recipes created by Philip Chiang himself. I don’t cook Asian food, so this is a great departure for us at home.
You will find P.F. Chang at home dinners in your grocery’s frozen food aisle.

We would enjoy #WokWednesday with spring rolls, sesame chicken, and fried rice!
Eating with chop sticks will definitely make our #WokWednesday special! My 13 & 10 year old sons love it when they get to drink tea out of fancy glasses, so I’ll pull out 2 more martini glasses for them to use.
I didn’t realize that several of my favorite PF Chang’s meals were available at the grocery store! I’ll definitely be trying them now.
I love PF Changs! And I love the idea of Wok Wednesday. My hubby and I would love to do a chicken fried rice meal or a shrimp one. Of course, beef and broccoli is great too! So many ideas–thankful there are lots of Wednesdays in our future!
My husband would make chicken stir fry and I would make some fortune cookies #WokWednesday
We love a veggie heavy stir fry! I should do it more often. Wok Wednesday is a great idea. I’ve seen the PF Chang meals in the freezer section but have hesitated to try them. Perhaps I’ll have to pick some up and give them a try.
I think I need to work #WokWednesday into my weekly dinner plans! This P.F. Chang’s meal would be a great start!
I’d love to win this! I am a big fan of P.F. Changs! I’d celebrate #WokWednesday by serving up Shrimp Lo Mein and serving egg rolls on the side. Of course my girls will want fortune cookies. 😉
I would make EXACTLY what you made! How fun!
And I would love to try that martini!
Sounds good. I din’t know they had P.F. Changs at the grocery store. Cool!
Yummy idea – #wokwednesday! I’ll be making fried rice and stir fried veggies. YUm
It’d be great to have #WokWednesday at home instead of running out to eat on what’s typically a crazy busy night for us! This would certainly help make us focus on doing so.
I will have to try these for quick meal options.
I love their quick and easy meals and I’ve got to try and recreate that martini. It sounds so good!
For #WokWdnesday I would make some chicken stir fry with white rice!
I would make beef and broccoli for #WokWednesday and be sure to get fortune cookies for my son. Thanks!

What a wonderful idea to add a mandarin martini; I’ll have to try that. I don’t know how I could improve on a great meal with PF Changs, but I’d probably add fortune cookies for #WokWednesday .
