I can tell this is an amazing 5 star recipe just by reading it!
I have never made beef ribs before…but starting tomorrow they are on sale ($5.99) for the holiday weekend, at metro, in Ontario, Canada Prime rib (&7.99) is too! So are boneless rib eye steaks! Oh, I am in love!

Your method is just the way I roast prime rib roast, taught to me by my Portuguese butcher!
I have my eye on a roast for Labour Day…. Plus the beef ribs!
And keep the bones for beef bone broth too! A winner! Double duty!

Thanks for the guidance…I was not sure about the beef ribs!

We usually do the pork ribs but your beef ribs look delicious! I have to confess -- I love ribs and the beef would be a good alternative to the pork. Plus we don't usually add any kind of bbq with beef. We like our beef nikked with just salt and pepper. Perhaps a bit of garlic but certainly not any kind of sweet/spicy sauce. We'll have to keep our eyes open for the beef ribs. Happy weekend.
